Spreading the Dis-ease

I'm not going to share much tonight as I feel that I would be spreading my dis-ease instead of a positive message.

But here's a quick list of things to do besides getting drunk...
  1. Pray
  2. Read a book
  3. Take a walk
  4. Eat something yummy
  5. Take a bath
  6. Go to a support group
  7. Go to bed:)
