Naptime

With all that's going on in my life (like maybe being on Dr Phil:) I almost forgot that I am a 1 nap a day kind of girl. For my first year of sobriety this is how my day went...kids, pray, meeting, pray, nap, pray, kids, pray, meeting, pray then bedtime.

Then life started happening. It's like God handed me a new, amazing life all in a 3 month period of time. I am so grateful, but I am exhausted. So I am going to go back to basics now...nap, pray, meeting. I hope you all are having a wonderful day!

  1. Oh my gosh!!! Dr. Phil!!! That's awesome - I'm so proud of you - you have to let us know the air date so we can watch & record it! You are such an inspiration Em!!! B4 reading your People article I felt like I was the only mom that had a few before going to the boys' games, school carnivals, school meetings, etc. - you opened my mind to the thought that I'm not the only one out there and I should be strong like you and do something about it to improve my life - especially the "quality" of my life. God is blessing you with the strength to spread your story publicly - you know that don't you? I haven't had Dr. Phil or People call me lately for an interview - hehehe - you know what I mean. God has a purpose for you and for what you've been thru and now he wants you to spread your/His word to the many in hopes that you might help another person like me. You go girl - you are so awesome!!! Also, a nap is a daily necessity of mine - when I don't get one I'm kinda cranky. Love & prayers - Annette

P.S. Doing my 3rd Step with my Sponsor tonite at her house - REALLY looking forward to it!!!
